The research has finally caught up to what we in the strength industry knew for a long time. Strength matters! Unfortunately classes like F45, Orange Theory, Soul Cycle, as well as other big group classes drop the ball when it comes to strength training. This is where we come in.
Strength Method is a strength coach approach to big group training. Each daily workout is unique, but NOT random. Each sessions works together to help you reach your goals as well as keeping energy and community of group classes!
Strength Method like any thing we offer at Iron Camp is for all fitness levels. So if you’re brand new to working out or got some years under your belt, this is still the class for you!
